Hey guys I'm close to producing carbon fiber door panels for 1993 - 2002 Camaro/ trans am / firebirds.... The door panels will be extremely light under 1lb for the pair. They will look very close to the wolf racecraft door panels but carbon fiber... I'm trying to see who is interested and what kind of demand there is. I can also produce them in fiberglass that will be cheaper than the carbon fiber. I will have exact prices in the next few days for the first batch of panels.

I would like to see some pics and prices. I could be interested in something. Will they be "finished" appearing or more or less a race piece?

When you say door panels, are you exterior or interior door panels?

I wish you posted this a week ago, my wolfe door panels just got delivered. What kind of price would you be looking to get for the carbon fibers?
Also, just a suggestion but it would be great if you could incorporate some kind of grid into the panels for the door speakers.

I am going to assume somewhat like stock, some hooks glued to the back and they slide into the stock mounting spots.

Dang those look nice. I'm watching this thread now. Would need provisions for electrics and speaker holes though. Armrest would be nice too. I know this likely isn't for me, but it may extend the reach of these if you could make such accommodations.
PS-That was more selfishly motivated though, because it would make me happy.

im assuming there really isnt a way to mount electric window switches? i would like to purchase them but im not sure if i want to convert my windows to crank style. unless i take them out of the factory plastic and mount them flush to the panel. would you happen to have any pics with switches mounted to the panel? thanks

You can buy a set of universal window switches and mount them flush.
