went to cecil last night. the track sucked. no prep and oil downs. trapped 120.81mph though. Im pretty confident that the car has 121mph in it

lol the saturn only traps 29mph less :D

if i had to take an educated guess, the DA was around -1700' almost exactly the same conditions as when i ran 11.28 @ 119.55 with the 2-3shift issue. only difference was, no traction at all :(

Tranny fixed? Or is it a new one?

replaced it with a low mileage stocker. it did the same stuff. After some guys on the vette forum helped me out with the tune, it works now. With the C5's, it turns out when you do a rear swap, you leave the speedo calibration table alone. so even though i have 342 gears i leave the table at 2.73. Reason being- the VSS is in the rear, not in the trans like Fbodies. then, on the shift point table, subtract the % of difference in gear change. also went into the shift pressure modifier table and increased it a lil bit. shifts every time now, which is great.
