Stewart/Edwards ran 1-2 for a while, playing gas games and all kinds of stuff. Stewart had to win the race to win the title.

POINTS WERE A TIE! Had to resort to a tie-breaker of most wins.

Holy crap. NASCAR is usually boring but I'm a big Stewart fan so the past few weeks have been awesome.

Yea, Tony really came alive just before the Chase started, and never quit. Just barely made it into the Chase, then won 5 out of 10 to just barely take the title away from Carl.

Also makes the 7th championship in a row for Chevy (Tony, then JJx5, then Tony again).

I never watch Nascar anymore. But my dad was watching it and I saw that Stewart and Edwards were 1 & 2 and the winner would win the championship. I had to sit and watch the end. It was actually exciting to watch for once. I'm glad Tony won.
