White Elephant gift ideas

So all of my Christmas shopping is done, with the exception of the gift for the White Elephant exchange we are doing here at work. I've never done a White Elephant, let alone an office gift exchange so what ideas do you guys have?

what is the cost cap? isn't this where all the gifts are in a pile and you draw numbers. you can then choose to open a gift or steal one that is already opened?

$20 and yes. Usually it's some joke item and an actual useful one, even if it's something like a DD gift card.

Last year at work i bought a handle of smirnoff and put it in a huge f'in box that i filled with phone books and shredded paper, and wrapped it in letterhead... it was the present of the decade i believe, shoulda took pictures
