I was talking to Lloyd Elliot earlier about a cam for the motor I'm building and I overlooked the torque converter.
He had suggested the 234/238 .611"/.611" (that dynoed 413whp and went low 11's behind a 3,600 stall on LS1Tech).
His other suggestion was a huge jump; 236/244 .608"/.608" with a 4,000-4,400 converter.
Motor build is a 357 (trick flow 185cc as cast, probe -4cc 2618 nitrous pistons, callies h-beam rods, stock crank). Still not 100% certain of how much nitrous I want to run but it will be in the area of 200-250. I'm aware I will need a nitrous specific converter with balloon plates. How is the nitrous going to affect the torque converter? (If I were to run a progressive controller, would it solve any converter issues)?
