I ordered some brake stuff from Advance since they are having a 25% off sale.

2 front hoses
2 rear hoses
1 axle hose

1 ebrake cable
4 rotors

I got my ship confirmations this morning. They shipped each part in an individual box, according to the UPS tracking numbers.

I ordered GoPro accessories for my new GoPro and Amazon did the same thing. they came from the same seller - but in different boxes.

I'd rather that than when you get charged separate shipping and everything comes in the same box.

Yeah, shipping was free, so their loss. Just funny how each individual brake hose has its own box.

It'd be funny if they delivered it in their cars.

Didn't know that. Shipping was free though, so I didn't care. Just don't see how inefficient the process was.

Or if they had shipped some stuff UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL.

I'd rather have that then pay for it. I ordered Taylor wires and a ws6store short stick, they charged me $7 more in the checkout for shipping with the stick added to the order and when the box arrived all they did was put the stick in the Taylor box, tape It up and send It out!

I ordered a ton of parts from rock auto and got 4-5 boxes in a 4-5 day period lol...

biggest shipment at once was my IFS lift kit. I had about 8 or 9 boxes in front of my garage door.

When you place an order with Amazon they give you the option during checkout to say that you want items shipped as they become available (multiple boxes) or wait and ship everything together (least number of boxes that everything you ordered will fit in).

Even if stuff is available at the same time, choosing the option to ship faster will often result in multiple packages.

They arrived on the same day. I chose the least amount of boxes thing too.
