Whiskey Cafe Car Show

Im shure most of you know about the Whiskey Cafe Car Show in Lyndhurst. For those who dont its an every saturday car show that a bar holds. they do give out trophys and what not if you pay for entry, but they have no problem with people coming in the back way and just parking to show. they have music, food, beer, drinks and the bar itself is even open for a real meal/drinks. It spans the lenght of the summer and as long as theres nice weather, theres a packed lot. all kinds of cars come out from big lifted truck to ferraris and lambos and everything inbetween.

Im down there literly every saturday during the summer because its only a mile away from my house. so id love to see some more people come down and represent NJFBOA !

That is on my list for this summer. My freinds went last year and it was a good show. I just need to get my car tuned up better for the hour long ride up the turnpike :( and get my nerves tuned up too! :D

We compete against NJ Stangers out here and even had a literal faceoff. parked aisle to aisle facing each other. Everyone got a kick out of it.

Of course we also have the new Mopar group too that comes in packs...Chargers and Challengers.

yes sir ! service trail for NJ transit that branches off threw the meadows. some of the trails are really tight. because mostly quad and bike stuff

The earlier mod motors weren't much better. Glad we traded my wife's '04 GT 'vert in with only 40k on the clock, didn't have to bother with any of that tune up crap.

Man I hear ya! Had an 05 with 127k miles come in the other day. Guy wanted a tune up. We prepped him for the inevitable. Sure enough. 5 of the 8 broke. Only 3 came out in one piece! Don't even get me started on the stupid 5.4's that puke plugs and take the threads with them.......

I saw some sort of ford porcelain or spark plugs extractor in a snap on catalog or something to that effect and just thought that sucks

They get more people at any given cruise night than we get at a monthly meet 2/3 of the time. Quite a few v6s too. They don't bitch about driving far one day a month either. :lol:

i live in the area of the whiskey and was just there this past weekend what i believe was the opening show i jus got onto this forum and hope to meet some people because also last week the old canal inn on JFK? in bloomfeild started a car meet saturday and around wish everyone cruises over to whiskey and also what is rat road never heard of it before

rat roads is what we call the place we take the trucks/quads/dirtbikes off road that by the whiskey.

The show was great, plenty of 5th gens including a ZL1 and a few 3rd gens that hung around by my car. I will see if my roommate ended up taking pics of the show.
