Heard about this this morning. Had the opportunity to talk with him for a bit at etown last year at the nationals. Real nice guy. RIP to a true legend

Here's a picture I took of him in the spring of 1970 at Island Dragway with a crappy Polaroid. We were at Englishtown when they ran at night for the Summernats in 73 when he bested the field. Great memories. RIP Bill
