when you get the jeep for free and the front passenger side looks like its been skidded down the side of a mountain... you feel its ok to cut things.

And use a tarp as a roof, then it will be a trap!

17" Moabs! Get those from work too?

Looks good, I would have gone for a smoother trim up front though. Did you mod the rear at all besides removing the flares and doing the cut and fold? Any plans for at least spacers and shackles in the near future so it will actually be useful offroad?

I've got to get my 31s back on the new stock Jeep by this fall, and money for a proper lift likely won't be available yet. Planning on doing the cut and fold and trimming the front fenders in line with the grill - I'm sure I'll have to do some trimming at least in the front wheel wells though.

I wouldn't necessarily say its useless off road. The 33 may limit up travel but they don't hinder his down travel at all, and if properly bump stopped I don't think the lack of lift is too much of an issue. My spacer and shackel lift got me about an inch if lift with 31in tires I probably have Alittle more room that he does and it performed well at rausch creek.

and if properly bump stopped

 Knowing Beggs I am 99% sure it's on stock bumpstops with no serious plans to change that, hence my comments. I do agree though - done "right" it wouldn't be much of an issue at all.
