Before and after from stock a/c delco front and rear shocks/springs to the bilstien with slp spec'd eibach springs.

I didn't want to drop it to much because of the umi chassis mount torque arm
for long tubes which is low enough as is. But I wish I got a little more out of these. Over all the car is night an and difference driving it.

Suspension mods.
-front and rear bilstein shocks
-front and rear slp spec. eibach springs
-32mm solid spohn sway bar
-spohn non adjustable rear panhard bar
-spohn non adjustable rear lower control arms
-umi adjustable chassis mount torque arm /w ds safety loop for long tubes

Next is going to be tubular k and front upper/lower control arm and rear sway bar.

Oddly, you have the tallest Eibach set-up on an F-Body I have ever seen. Perhaps it is because they're so new but, with a few hundred miles on them now, I'd have thought they'd settled more. If you get bored enough one day, you can try my Koni/Strano set up and see if it changes the ride height drastically, or just confirms that you just have a taller car from the factory.

Nonetheless, between the suspension changes and the Recaro seats, ride-alongs are always a blast.

this is the SLP eibach kit, not the prokit/sportlines. It's not supposed to be more than a 1" drop

I had the same setup at one point but I sold the front springs in favor of something lower, not knowing anything about valving/spring rates. I don't know if my setup was worn out by the time I got it (bought it used), but one thing I did notice was the rear liked to jump when I hit bumps around corners, which wasn't the most stable feeling. I replaced the rear bilsteins with Koni 3rd gens which helped a lot and eventually replaced the rear springs with something softer also. It did handle pretty well though, was a HUGE upgrade from decarbons. The first time I got on the highway the car felt totally different, I never noticed the floaty/bouncy feeling until I had the new setup on it and it was solid.

looks good!

I don't know how much more I can drop the smallest of speed bumbps straight over hit my t/a cross member. So I already have to go over at an angle.

But haven't had much hop around corners, I'll have to think about it.

-mike- I didn't realize when we went up to bear mtn the seat was a little forward and I adjusted it a little so the passenger is more reclined

It was probably more due to worn shocks then, never really knew for sure. I bet its a whole lot more fun now. I just raised my car back up a bit from super low, with the extra travel its really nice. I still sometimes wish I kept that setup or just did bilsteins with stock springs.

My car was at monster truck level so stock wasn't happening.

It's like a whole new car now!

That picture was taken with maybe 500-600 miles on them. Might be under a few thousand now. Just got around to posting lol

nice car and nice stance, but i personally like mine lower. my front end is just right with idn how many miles are on them hotchkis 1" lowering springs, now i need the rear lower, the hotchkis springs are keeping it up still. nonetheless, nice brah
