Good stuff! Details on condition; Roller?

Its a complete 94' Z28 6-Speed Roller, has a seized motor, but the body has under 80k miles on, complete with everything else too. I'm just waiting to get some more pics, and find out how to get it to my sisters house in Hawthorne to be stored for a few more months. Possibly have the work started while I'm still here in the 'Stan! Excited would be an understatement right now. Big plans, I'm thinking of going with a scheme similar to the new 1LE Camaro

I cant wait to see what you end up doing with it. Should look killer if you do the hood and stripe like that.

Thank you gentleman for the support, once I'm home count on me calling on some hands to turn this project around quickly!

Looks like some fresh paint. Where is the car now and where does it need to go?

The car is up in Wantage just past Vernon, I'm trying to reach back to a few people back home with trailers to see what it'll cost to get it to either my parents house or my brother in laws in Hawthorne.

From what the owner has told me, the original owner blew a head gasket, attempted to do the work themselves, and let the car sit with an exposed motor. The person who owns it now has kept it under wraps in his barn for the past year, so all it really needs is a motor.

The game plan is to take leave sometime in April/May of 2013 when I'm back in the states and hopefully strip both cars down and swap as many salvageable parts from the Silver car to the Red car over a few weekends. I'll be parting out the entire drivetrain from the Red car to recoup some of the funds. I'm trying to save as much as possible on this swap, I still need a daily driver when I return to California.

I'm trying to do this one a little differently, the 1LE scheme is generally where I'm headed for the body, but I'm really liking the idea of a matte bronze 17" wheel. The 355 will definitely stay the same, maybe do a little more suspension tweaking if the budget allows, and i'm definitely going to take my time and do it right.

Let me know if your other leads fall through and I'll talk to my boss about borrowing a truck. Its a roller, right?

Here are some more pictures I got from the owner, just trying to put things in their places and get in touch with people who will be helping me on my behalf!

The door thing is a bit of a concern, I have no idea how to tackle something like that.

Interiors a little rough around the edges, but thankfully my interior out of my Silver car is in good shape.

You can glue in back on like how GM did.

Jersey Mike

I'm sure you can pick up a Camaro door for cheap. Heck, I'm selling a great condition one off a Firebird for only $40. Finding something like that may be worth spending the few dollars and saving the hassles of the body work involved.

Or, you know, JBWeld!

That door is a $20 fix all you need is a fiberglass compatible epoxy and some clamps.
plenty of west marine stores around I highly recommend this stuff

Not sure, but from my understanding its been sitting for a while, its all getting tossed either way and replaced with my black interior, new headliner and new carpet.

Reglue or replace the door. I had a 94 Z28 that did the same thing and I just kinda lived with it for a while and was just carefull with it
