Just got back from the upholstery shop for my seats that were redone in taupe leather. They took a while to get done but I think they came out great. The color is lighter than the rear seats so I will prob end up redoing them at some point. Trying to match them exactly is real difficult so I knew to expect a difference. I will get them in the car this week and take some better pics.

What did you do for mounting brackets?

Corbeau makes locking sliders that fit our car. The rear nuts will be interesting to secure but if you have a ratcheting wrench, it will be fine.

As I mentioned, I was not happy with the color match on the new leather so I had them dyed by a shop in Staten Island. They did a nice job and the color is spot on with the rear seats. I will be installing them both before the weekend.

Went with a place in Kenilworth. Price was reasonable but turn around took a little longer than I hoped. Overall they did a nice job. The seats will "flatten out" a bit in the middle once I adjust them a bit. They made it so the seat can be easily taken apart if there is any work needed down the road. I can adjust the cushions on the heavy duty velcro to add some tension to the material. Everything else is tight, leather doesn't stretch lol.
well they look great. i dont like the leather too tight either it looks good with some wrinkles. just seems like the padding isnt well spread under the black part on the head rest but im assuming thats a velcro spot which can be adjusted.
are you going to ad a seat belt guide?

No guide needed for a vert really since the belt doesn't come from high up. The way it is, the belt comes right over my shoulder which I like. There is some adjustment in the top but I want to see how it all wears in first before I play with it.
ohh nice.
cant wait to see them.
and your car in general.
