I think the idea of having a running survey a month would be a good thing to engage users in hearing/seeing what people want. Maybe if there is a hot issue or something that the club admins want feedback on. Something we can perma-stick on the side or maybe just make a sticky?

Our response rate was below standard and if we did it every month it would be such a small sample size it would not be a statistically significant representation of the club.
