had to remove the termite damage but its been completely redone and 2 brand new insulate garage doors are in, got the new oil tank it and mounted now just waiting to get the new oil line and furnace in, will take it at least its some kind of progress, before furnace can go in i need to remove the hot water heater and remove some plumbing, got to get the plumber over to start work on that now, then replace the main floor where the furnace and hot water sit,

Ted, I (continue) to wish you luck on your rebuild. I went down to seaside, then up to the point over the weekend. Its so sad to see the devastation.
