Decided it's time to look for something a little bigger. 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath all appliances are less than 3 years old except the dryer (fridge, stove, water heater, washer, dishwasher and microwave). Good size garage, oversized 1 car but I was able to fit 2 cars with room to walk around them.
I have exterior photos from the spring if anyone is interested, the grass in the front is zoysia grass and it turns brown in the fall/winter. In spring and summer it is the thickest greenest grass on the street.
