WTB Chevy 8 lug chrome truck wheels and/or 245/75/16 tires

Looking for at least 2 truck tires for a 2001 suburban 2500 8 lug 2WD. Must be load rating E for this suspension. Will also entertain factory chrome 8 lug 16" wheels for this truck if the price is right. The wheels would look like this:
