Yeah, I know it's not a chevy - Don't lynch me. Couldn't beat the deal I got on it, and the Colorado just wasn't working for what I needed to do with it.

Yeah, it's a 1500 Express. There used to be huge, blocky chrome RAM 1500 badges on the doors, I have since removed them - looks cleaner that way. 5.7 Hemi, rated at 395 HP / 407 lbs-ft of torque. Has the usual cam phasing, cylinder deactivation stuff. The mileage is pretty nice, right on par with what the Colorado used to get.
I spent a lot of time checking different trucks out, so far the Dodge is the best bang for the buck.
The coil spring/control arm rear suspension is damned impressive. Ride quality and handling is great, and none of that skipping around on the bumps stuff. Also no wheelhop.

No rear spring packs? Thats interesting
Tow package? And or, whats the MPG hand calc?
The_Bishop

Yeah, tow package. Only thing it didn't come with is the integrated trailer brake controller, I'll add it later.
MPG has been 20-22 highway, 17-18 rural town driving with a light foot/cruise control. Hand calc and EVIC display are pretty close, enough to not matter much.
Here's a pic of the rear suspension:

Nice truck...good luck w/it. Hopefully, the new ones are better w/rust around the quarters than their predecessors. Dodge does make one of the nicest full size ones out there...now the new dakota on the other hand...ah

Possibly - Need to check work schedule.
Wait, you mean the truck or the car?

No, better never than late. I wish you the worst of luck with it.
Kidding of course. Truck looks great. I dig the rear setup with the Watts link.

Now, it all depends on the date. If it stays on the 11th I'm supposed to work unless I can swap shifts with someone.
