For sale is my rare 99 Firehawk #43 with only 93,000 miles. It has a 6 speed manual transmission that has been rebuilt by Rockland Gear with the Tranzilla kit 11 or so thousand miles ago. Cost was about $4,000 to do the rebuild on the cars stock tranny, and got a new clutch as well. It has great condition leather w embroidered headrests from SLP, t tops, ac works, heat works, good tires on brand new chrome C6 wheels with Firehawk center caps. I recently flushed all fluids, replaced most of the hoses, new Bilstein shocks all around, new greasable bushings in front, new upper control arms, and control arm bushings, new sway bar bushings, new thermostat, new belts, new bearings on idlers, and tensioners. The car is in great shape for the year, and being a black car. It's super clean inside, outside, and underneath. Runs great, has tons of power, not modified, and over 300 horse power from factory. Only negatives is the ac compressor bearing is a little noisy on start up, but goes away when car warms up, both door panels have the common crack on the top plastic, very small crack on dash from previous owner installing xm antenna, and the rear end whines at higher rpms, previous owner installed a 410 gear, stock was 342. I would like to get $10,000 for the car. Not looking for low offers, I have no problem holding on to the car. Selling for a few reasons. I have an 02 Trans Am WS6 6 speed fully built that I will probably never part with, so I don't need 2 Trans Ams, I just got engaged, I have an offer in on a short sale property, and lastly I know if I keep it over the winter I will end up modifying it with bolt ons, and once I get it how I want it, I'll get attached, and end up keeping like my other TA.
Only trades I would consider are an equal value all wheel drive Audi or Subaru to run around for the winter, or trade plus cash for 6.0 m6 GTO( no red, or yellow), CTS-V, C5, C5 Z06. Thanks.
