I have a 99 Grand Cherokee 4.0, engine just went. I'm stuck into this car trying to help my neighbor out. Front and rear diffs are good, brand new lower control arms in the front, front axles were just replaced with junkyard ones since the boots were ripped on the originals. Brand new rear shocks, new muffler too. Interior is crappy, body has dents. Just passed PA inspection a few weeks ago. Had a bad valve cover leak, was driven without enough oil, you know what happened then... 4wd works and trans shifted great too. Looking for $1100 or best offer, partial trades accepted, just don't need it. I was going to part it and scrap what's left, let me know. I don't have a garage so if I can get it gone without freezing and breaking my back it's worth it to me. Located in Greentown PA right off I-84, about a half hour from the 206 bridge.
