wasn't sure where to post this query...

looking to get the heated front seats (driver & passenger) fixed in my 2002 Cadillac Seville STS.

Was told the heater elements inside the seats are shot and need replacement. Though I don't know who does that type of repair by me.

Looking for a shop preferably in Northeast NJ (bergen/passaic/essex county), but im all ears for whatever shop is solid/dependable.

any shops/personal experience? thanx!

I've done a lot of them and they are not very difficult. IMO the worst part about them is the hog clips. From what I remember the heater elements can get a bit pricey. If you need information send me your vin and I can get the oem numbers and prices for you.

Used to be toms auto upholstery in Butler nj...not sure if its just a name change or new owners. Had a headliner done many years agos and they were good, pricey but good.

...by change have you checked the switches and fuses? Both going bad seem odd.

this is accurate. ive put the aftermarket elements in my 4th gen, my fathers sonic, saturn ion, and an S10. they arent difficult just a bit time consuming. the aftermarket replacements are not anywhere as hot or heat up as quickly as the factory units.
