I came across a facebook post from the step son of my former auto shop teacher Dave Faulls from Highland High School. He is trying to raise money so that he can pay for a surgery for his friends dog Sadie. His friend recently had a stroke and is now is not in good shape. Dave does not have the heart to put Sadie down as he believes she is what is keeping his friend from giving up. Dave taught auto shop at Highland since I believe the 70's and retired back in 08. He taught many kids the automotive skills that they used to start a career or just use to have a hobby. He would always go out of his way to help his students and I'm trying to help him out. Attached is the link to his fund raiser page. If anyone that had Dave Faulls in the past, or would just like to help out he would appreciate it. Thanks!

Done. I totally understand the bond between owner and dog.

If he cannot get the operation done there are rescue's he can surrender the dog to that could aid in getting the dog the help it needs instead of putting it down, as a fellow rescued dog owner there is help out there. thoughts and prayers to the both of them on their recovery.

Sent some money to help - hope the guy gets what he needs to help Sadie, and Sam by extension.
