1973 TA 455 4 speed
1973 455 4spd Trans AM. Red on black. A/C, no power. 62k miles. #'s matching car. Rare to fine one! One of less than 1,500 made.
Engine rebuilt & modified in 80's (headers, Holley carb, Higher compression and cam) just before being put away for 28 years. Dont know specs on last 2. Has OE 4X heads. Firm clutch and grabs well. Car does run and lot drive. Would go through brake & fuel systems and tires before driving any distance.
Car off road since 86 w/ occasional down the street runs till 1990. Parked since.
RH 1/4 replaced in early 80's via insurance job along with a repaint.
Tail, RH rocker, lower LH fender and RH trunk drop off rusty and need replacing. Most of this is avail aftermarket. Undercoating saved a bit of the underside. Floor, trunk, doors , hood, valance, rad support solid.
Overall, I think the car could be a nice driver and attend to the issues while driving. Would need a total resto for the trailer queen / hardcore show crowd. Car is complete more or less. Nothing major missing.
Car is for sale at $12,500 obo out right or can be build to suit. Preferred method is having my shop build the car or at least a portion of the car. Contact for more info.
