View Full Version : LS Motor parts & 5.3 Longblock(needs rebuild)

Selling off all the parts I had lined up for a G-body swap, priced everything fair so I'm somewhat firm. My plan was to build the 5.3 with all you see here. In case anyone hasn't seen the article, Car Craft did a cam swap article on the 5.3 and used every stock GM LS cam available. The LS2 cam in the 5.3 made a dyno tested 400fwhp with an otherwise bone stock motor, so this would make for a stout setup. Here's the article...it's a good read even if you're not looking to buy anything.

2002 5.3 Longclock from a 2001 Silverado, 125k, had a rod knock when pulled but ran fine otherwise, needs rebuild. This is a complete longblock from intake to oil pan, and includes all drive belt accessories, injectors, maf, the works. $500

Complete wiring harness for a manual 00 LS1 F-body, oil pressure sender needs a new pigtail, otherwise complete and uncut, $250 obo

GMPP LS7 Lifters, brand new in box, $80

Complete LS2 valvetrain, cam, springs, retainers, pushrods (think i have cam gears too but not 100%). Pulled at 35k for a bigger setup, in perfect shape $300 obo

Will sell all of it as a complete set for $800 if anyone is interested
