hey everyone

i've been looking for an ls1 6 speed 4th gen fbody for a while now and finally came across one at a decent price. a couple of weeks ago i picked this up..its a 99 trans am ws6 6 speed. it has 143k miles on it but thats perfect for me since it will be a daily driver and i didnt want to beat on a nice 4th gen. runs very solid and is in very good shape for 143k miles.

guy before me did not do many mods...so far all it has is an slp exhaust, a hurst short shifter and zr1 wheels.

i dont have any plans for the future..so far just plan to enjoy it as it is.

check it out let me know what you think.

the carpet and seats were in very bad condition so the first thing i did was swap them out along with the seat belts. if anyone is looking for a few extra bucks i suggest ripping out your interior...i found about 8 bucks in change lol.

Looks good! I would lower it with stranos and get some different wheels. ZR1s are meh to me, but what can I say? I have C5 Z06s lol!

Black WS6 cars ftw!

lowering it may be in the cards for the future. the stance changes the entire look of these cars. i like the zr1s for now but in the future i may pop the chrome c6 z06 wheels off my camaro and try them on the ws6.

I wouldn't advise using eibachs, I've heard bad stories about them.... I'm on stranos and I love the stance.

daily my car with Stranos/Konis all around and using the lower perch in the front. As long as you have good shocks, you can dd a lowered 4th gen with very little issue.

The benefit/difference in handling and appearance are completely worth it.

eibach pro kit, i believe its 1.5 lower all around. i run eibach on both my cars never had issues. though stranos are great and better set up for f-bodys there is certainly nothing wrong with eibachs in my opinion. i paired mine with Bilstein B6 shocks and struts.

madness410

nice the eibachs give it a good stance as well.
