WTB: peterbilt air cleaner lid

I know it's probably an odd request but I'm looking for a 13" diameter air cleaner lid for my 378 dump truck. I'm having difficulty tracking one down without buying the entire housing/lid/breather all in one shot. Easy way to tell it's probably the right one is by the 8 bolt pattern.
