Maybe a non-fbody ride of the month? People can submit their beaters, non-fbody race cahs, bikes, etc. It'd be fun to vote on other things :bertstare:

Yes yes I get it. Why don't you lean on that 10-bolt a bit with a proper tire? DS was replaced under warranty with no questions asked.

Nah since it impacts the other drivers. You have that bigger rear now so no excuses!

If I run the HC again it will have the aftermarket DS slipped in. I'm not sure if I will bother running it much considering I got my 10 sec tire only slip(s). I may mess around and do 1/2 mile events since I would just run a street tire.

That pic is a few years old, but it's still the same. Super clean for its age. No rust on the body. I need to replace the bumper because they are rusted out. I used to pull a 24ft enclosed trailer (with the race car, quad, and tools) with it. Now we use a 2011 GMC sierra 3500hd with a duramax.

I relieved my v6 from daily duties this winter and got myself a 03 blazer 2dr that I have already spent many hours working on... new trans, heater core blah blah blah. seems everything I have breaks, starting to wonder if its bad luck or the loose nut behind the steering wheel

It's upside down out in the back yard being used as a doghouse! It has a full width doggy door that only lets you out. :kneeslap:

Specs on new engine?385ci Forged crank rods and pistons. LE3 heads and matching intake. Lloyd spec'd cam.

The intake is on the 2nd shelf, the heads on on the 3rd shelf,....Heads are on the bottom shelf, the intake is on the middle shelf.

I didn't even ask about the bed being off the truckReplacing rusted brake lines. The rear line goes over the tank and it is much easier to remove the bed than drop the tank.

Chicken fried brake lines! I think that was RPO FE1. Or was it FU1?

Good rigging idea with the bed.Thanks. They sell a device for the job but $15 worth of lumber and an axle tie down strap do the same thing!

What about the fuel line? They can get pretty nasty tooSuprisingly, in comparison, they were in really good shape.

I had to replace the brake lines on my old 2001 stepside, I had installed a 1.5" body lift on it and that extra space between the body and frame made it possible to install the new lines without removing anything. I put on the stainless lines from Inline Tube or one of the companies and it took several weeks to get the stainless fittings to finally seat and seal up completely at the junction box.
