my 2002 dodge ram with 192,000 miles on it was beginning to nickel and dime me with repairs so i decided to cut my losses and get a new truck. its a 2017 dodge ram 1500 express tradesman. just a step above the base model. sucks because i just started saving to do a cam swap and long tubes for my ws6 so this will set me back a little bit. either way im happy with the truck so far, wish me luck with it.

Looks great. Literally 5 of my friends have the same truck in a variety of colors. They all love it, and i love to drive it whenever theyre dumb enough to let me. Deff solid trucks!
Still hard to get used to that gear selector though

thanks everyone. yeah the gear selector is a pita to get used to. especially since my work truck has a column shifter and my old truck was too. i really dont know why dodge did that, alot of other dodge ram owners i know complain about it too.

Nice pickup, good luck with it! Gotta say, I'm a fan of the 5.7 Hemi with the 8-speed auto...great mileage with the MDS on a highway trip. My Charger managed 29 mpg cruising from NJ to VT.
