Me and the wife arrived here Sat. She always wanted to visit Israel so decided to go for her b-day. It's hard to believe it's only the size of NJ and all the trouble this little country gets into. So far I've only seen two cars that I would consider a hot rod here a wrx and some old Mercury that went by fuming up the neighborhood. Other then that it's all little cars that zig zag in and out of traffic, barely missing each other. Can't wait to get back in my Camaro on a open highway and open her up.

I actually had no idea it was the size of NJ until you mentioned it. I had to Google it out of momentary disbelief.

Enjoy! Friends that have visited all said they loved it!

I have plenty of pics but I will have to wait until I get back to post. We were at the Syrian border today at a observation point and you could actually hear the artillery shells exploding in the distance. It was amazing. Our guide told us that a Syrian shell found its way into Israel and the Israeli army took out the artillery station. Cool stuff.

The Israeli military is no joke. I trained with some of their soldiers when I was in the USAF and those guys were hard core!

I found this but I don't think racing is too big in Israel. Our guide did show us some off roading tracks through out the country.

There are a couple Israeli 2nd gen Camaro owners on nastyz28 forum.

You know, there is at least one guy from Iran too. Maybe camaros are the key to world peace.

This is the place where they said Jesus was born. It is located in Bethlehem which is in Palestine. We had to leave our Israeli guide because he was not allowed in the country and got picked up by 2 Palestinians in a van, who drove us to the Church where this is located.

Here's a shot of the Israeli army coming at us while we were in Jerusalem.
