Quite possibly the best bad car movie EVER!!!

RED LINE from 1996. Starring Chad McQueen (Steve's son). Great BAD movie! It has tuff guys talking tuff, t&a, tuff guys smoking cigarettes and shooting guns while acting tuff, Jan Michael Vincent with a face that looks like someone set it on fire and put it out with lawn darts, and Dom Delouise as a shop owner. There's a ZR1 Vette, a Porsche 911 that ends up in the drink, another 911 that gets smashed up and pushed off a parking garage, one of the Corys from the 80s driving a 928, and of course Chad McQueen ends up in a green Mustang fastback at one point. Fun for all! May not appeal to the PC zombies, as non pc words like "fag" are uttered. :D
