LS1 header install

bought some SLP headers for my 00 vette.
looking for recommendations on gaskets and bolts.

BTR offers a MLS gasket but, being that I don't know anyone running them, I went with the tried-and-true GM MLS. Re-used the bolts.

Considering how cheap they are, I'm not too keen on re-using gaskets.

I definitely wouldn't reuse the old ones, especially the gaskets.

ARP 134-1102 for header bolts. 134-1202 in 12 point. Factory MLS gaskets, reuse the originals if they aren't destroyed. Those headers suck to install if they're the longtubes, they want you to cut the wiring and extend it, unless they changed the design since the last set I installed.

reused original gaskets and bolts, havent had any issues yet.

install sucked until i realized life would have been simple if i had just unbolted motor mounts and jacked up the driver side.

Typically we like to use an MLS gasket and Dorman makes bolts.
