The named plaintiffs ‒ Andrei Fenner of Mountain View, California, who owns a 2011 Sierra, and Joshua Herman of Sulphur, Louisiana, who owns a 2016 Silverado ‒ said they would not have bought their trucks or would have paid less for them if they had known about the emissions cheating.

If this is the case, let gm buy back your truck, pay you NO damages, and move on. Wait no, cash grab :mad:


I think the reality here is that you can't ask a diesel to meet EPA's current regulations......no one seems capable of doing it :shrug:

With the current designs prob not, the big three will have to really relayout their bread and butter design to meet em is my guess.
