My uncle is selling a family members car who passed not long ago. She was an elderly woman and as you can tell, used the car only a few miles in the time she owned it. I've seen and driven the car personally. There are no secrets and it is very very clean. There is a scratch on the rear drivers side bumper which can be seen in the pics. Car has a fresh battery and is ready to roll.
I'm sure this would make a great commuter and/or starter car for any young adult.
