Looking for a shop to do an aluminum "panel" for me

I want to do a custom grill on my Avenger, and the stock grill is a flimsy plastic POS. There is a plastic panel that runs the width of the engine bay covering the radiator, and the grill is molded to that piece and runs down the front of the car and clips on to the bumper. Well I'd really like to get the piece that runs across the engine bay reproduced in aluminium, but have no sources or experience with shops that do that type of work. Anybody have any references?
