So it's time for some personal weight loss to help get those ETs down a bit. Has anyone used a meal plan that provides delivered, reasonably healthy meals that can be tossed in the microwave?
I've seen Eat Clean Bro and a couple others but interested to see if anyone has experience with these services.
And yes, I realize that cooking and meal prepping each weekend would be cheaper but the convenience is needed.

doesn't look like either of those can be just re-heated. Most meal-prep services come pre-portioned with directions, but not pre-cooked. ECB is the only one I know of like that (without doing research).

You're thinking of blue apron. Both of those send you ingredients to cook a meal. I'm looking for pre made that isn't a frozen TV dinner.

Do they taste the same cold or hot?
