I was in Quick Cheks grabbing some chili and my 40 oz Diet Dew, and noticed an obese woman with her equally obese young teenagerish son. The kid had a rack that would make Dolly Parton blush. They were standing in front of the prepared sammiches and the woman asked the kid if he was feeling "hungry" or "snacky." All I could think of is the kid really should be feeling "gymmy" or "get the hell outside and playey."

You see that so much these days. Parents that let little Jimmy have what ever he wants. Young kids with their knees rubbing and bellies hanging over. I'm so glad I grew up with no video games, I-phones, etc. Outdoors was our playground.
Touch/ tackle football, softball, stick ball, baseball, basketball, curb ball, volley ball, kick ball and riding our bikes all over the place. I wouldn't trade my childhood for any other time.
