Anyone see this or know anything about it? I've googled and can't seem to find much info. I guess they are using eminent domain to take this old building, which does look to be in poor shape. But they aren't letting him clear it out?

It's by me. I've went there a few times many years ago. The owner is an elder at the church I grew up going to. I know it has been falling into disrepair but had no knowledge about anything else. Just seen it has been closed down and boarded up for a while now.

Actually ran into the owner this morning. It doesn't seem like the situation is as bad as that video made it sound, but not sure of the details though. He said he'd be there later this week and to stop by regarding some f-body stuff he has. So we'll see.
