this was just on my mind before i decide to try to sleep....does anyone have several projects going at once and cant find the time? I have basically 6 going now, a 87 350 tpi 5spd Monte ss for my gf, my 01 ss(ongoing project), a 1990 eclipse custom convertible, 79 vette with 96 impala ss LT1, a fire damaged 96 bronco(hope to be done for winter) and very soon i'll be starting my 86 camaro RHD conversion, i just cant seem to stay focused. and with work, finding time to do anything is rough, oh well...i guess one day i have to make myself work on one thign at a time..

whats the story with the 01 ss? you could always drop the LS1 into the 6 cylinder thirdgen :D

the ls1 is ok, but it has its issues, Mainly piston slap, the problem that arose in mainly 01 and early 02 where GM "overbored" some of the cylinders and with the all aluminum set-up, everything rattles around, it burns oil, about 1qt every 2000 miles. I think i will try selling the ls1 once its out, or it may get put in another project car by that time. the 6cyl camaro will be getting a 305 v8 that i have just sitting around. I pulled that motor out of my 79 vette when i got it(no clue why a 305 was in the vette, hence why i put in a 96 LT1:D ) but that 305 hauled ass plus with the right hand drive conversion i'll be doing on the 86, i dont want the engine too complicated.

haha, i think my family can say that we feel your pain.

my older brother's 86 fiero GT needs an engine rebuild, my little brother's GT always needs some kind of work, but he's always busy with his dodge dakota with the 318 he just put in it, although that one is basically done. I've got an exhaust leak that needs to be fixed in my own GT and some body work adjustment still needs to be done to the front end from the accident i had. We also have 4 other notchbacks to play with, except Njspeeder will probably be buying one. and on top of all of this, My dad has a Chevy Silverado with an 11 liter diesel Caterpillar motor in it, and we need to work on the frame a bit still. And we've got a mercedes turbo diesel whose turbo charger blew, and we've got another mercedes for parts for it to fix it, but ehh, i doubt that will happen.
