What is your favorite driving song? You know, the one that you have to turn up really loud while you're cruisin and before you know it, you are about to be speeding by 20 mph over the limit in a zone where lots of cops are known to be sitting, but you don't care, cuz you're too busy jammin.

Yes- Roundabout
Rage Against the Machine- Bulls on parade... or any other RAtM song.
Led Zepplin- Ocean (slow cruise song, heh)
Anything by ZZ Top is good for cruisin.

Um yeah, so i'm usually on the classic rock station. can you tell?

Damn near anything that has enough just enough "boom-boom, knock-knock" to feel in the seat, and great guitars. If it fits in that catagory, I can usually find myself blasting down the highway listening to it.

it depends on what area i am in and what stations are available. other than the FM receiver in the car, the best i can do is play a tape, and most of my tapes are crispy.

sometimes i get the urge to hear oldies, like '50s rock 'n' roll, or '60s and '70s hard/acid/heavy metal/progressive. the '80s basically sucked for music overall, but there are some nice gems among the rough. i probably cannot name any 'good' song from the '90s if pressed, but i am sure i listen to it on the radio anyway.

i like good, hard, crunchy guitar riffs, like Joe Satriani, Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth; rock bottom bass like Sting, Geddy Lee, Stuart Hamm, Chris Squire and Les Claypool; good beats as exemplified by Bonzo, Neil Peart, Charlie Rich; and cool, rhythmic stylings like Janis Joplin, Roberta Flack, Robert Plant.

it's not really down to a song, more like a feeling. and there are lots of artists that are good at creating that feeling for me.

best all time driving song? Radar Love by Golden Earring
