Does anyone know of any good transmission shops that can build the crap out of my 4L60E? Any info would be awesome.

Call up Ziggy's Transmissions out in PA. He did my 700R4 a few years ago for a good price and the thing hasn't given me a hint of trouble since then. He even makes his own shift kits and I can tell you that they work great.

The guy that rebuilt my trans is very good, but I don't know if he is looking for side work right now. He is a GM certified master tech and does work for some of the LS1 performance shops in the area.

ziggy's has a great rep, owner is really cool, and he builds treannies for a lot of the guys who compete in weekly programs at atco and maple grove.
does this mean you are finally getting a TC? :)

I had my done by levelten. Its been almost three years and 12000 miles and so far so good. Its seen alot of track time and plenty of street beatings. I have tested it well with plenty of low 1.7s and a few 1.6s 60' times. They gave me a 1year warrenty after I told them I run nitrous. Check them out at www.levelten.com

In North Jersey, I would go to All-Star transmissions in North Haldean. They do all my transmission work & are very fair and honest. Service is exelent, and the owner Chris is a cool guy, and is into Chevy's
Dynotech in Manville rebuilds trannys. They usually do 200's for built grand nationals, but I think they do 4L60's too, not sure though. They have a really good reputation though.
