Welcome to the club, and congrats on the new ride!

There are a lot of LS1 guys that I'm sure will jump in here quick to give you some ideas for exhaust and cams.

Camshaft/Valvespring $350.00
Pre-fabricated Longtube Headers with Y-Pipe and Cats/O.R.P. (Except SLP) $350.00
Catback Exhaust (Includes removing old exhaust) $100.00
Full LS1 Edit Custom Dyno Tune w/ Part Throttle: $450

Those are the prices from TTP in North Jersey but the prices should stay around that area no matter where you go. With all that installed you might want to look at getting it fully dyno tuned also.

P.S. Welcome to the club!

most of that stuff is relatively easy to do with ls1 cars...i did the headers/ypipe pretty much by myself except for lining up the egr & ypipe to Ipipe connection on new years day...cam swaps can be done with the heads on the car though spring swaps can be a pita without the right tools ;) Personally I'd say do the stuff yourself as its a learning experience and just being able to say you did the work yourself is worth more then a slip in my page. But JW is right on with all the prices, but then again $350 is about what a set of coated Lt's would cost so id rather do the cam swap myself. But thats me.
