The car should be picked up late this week or early next week. It only costs around $860 to ship a car to England out of Baltimore. I can't believe nobody in the US wanted the car.

Jeff,
Just wondering, who did you use to arrange the shipping of the vehicle??

I'm not handling anything, the buyer found a company called SeaBridge in Baltimore that handles everything. They hire the trucking company to pick the car up from my house and deliver it to the docks where it will be loaded onto the ship.

Yes, the money is in my account and there's no way it can go back out. It's tough to know if someone overseas is serious or a scammer. I really hate to see this car go, but I need to get that JL8 car finished. So somebody buy my SS454 pickup!

$6500 for the SS454, see it for sale in the classifieds section. The engine and transmission were replaced in 1999 with a new GM crate motor and transmission and only have 38K miles on them. The engine and trans alone were worth $5500.

It's a stock replacement 454 crate motor. Rated at 255 hp and 405 tq. I think it's 7.9:1 compression so it only needs regular gas. The cam is a wimpy cam which is what really holds it back.
