i havent defragged in a long time, and i figure it cant hurt to do it....which program do you all prefer and why?

i use the one that comes with windows. i haven't even thought about looking for something to replace it, because, although it takes a god-awful amount of time to complete, when it's done i have a well-organized hard drive.

Yea, I have used Norton's version, but it doesn't seem to work quite as well as the standard Windows version....
