Posting up for a buddy of mine whom I work with. It's a decent car, he was doing some work to prep for Auto-X when orders to PCS came down, so he's reluctantly selling.

1984 Pontiac Trans Am 130,109 miles $1000

5.0L HO- L69, 4 Spd Auto- 700R4, T-Tops, Power- windows & locks, tilt, cruise, AM/FM stereo/CD, WS6 Package- 4wheel disc brakes, limited slip differential(3.73 rear), quick ratio steering

Things done
Edelbrock aluminum intake, rebuilt carburator, Moroso distributor cap, coil and wires, Accel ignition control module, Bosch platnim plugs, O2 sensor, front brakes, Cooper Cobra Radial GT tires, new wheel center caps, KYB GR2 struts and KYB gas adjust shocks,front end alignment, passenger side door hinge pins- upper and lower- have a set for driver door not installed, new door seals, new thermostat

Known problems
Driver side door hinge pins, passenger side T-Top has small leak- only in heavy rain, electric cooling fan does not turn on automatically- will come on with A/C switch on- has manual switch installed for fan control- have replaced electrical connector and have a new sensor to be installed- should fix this common problem, A/C system has leak- will hold a charge for 2 days- commpressor works, cruise control does not work, interior is not original- was replaced with one from another 84 T/A- dash pad and dash pouch in perfect condition, needs new antenae- have one to be installed- power operated

Have bolt in sub-frame connectors, new lower control arms and panhard bar with greaseable polyurethane bushings at additional cost.

Ditto, because I was thinking it would make a good home for this 400 I've got. Sadly, now is just not the time.

If he's willing to part it instead I'd like to see how much he wants for the LSD. Can trade him mine + cash so theres something there on the car if he wants....

Sorry, car is sold. Get this though. None other than Joe O himself came to pick it up, aparrently his boss bought the car for his (the bosses that is) daughter.

I think it was mentioned in the other thread, however www.thirdgen.org or www.fbody.com is your best bet beyond Ebay.
