ok, so me and my g/f are getting "intimate" so to speak...not very clothed either. Well, not clothed at all. :lol: so, we're having fun, when all of a sudden the door opens. it's her psycho roommate. i just fall onto the bed, pretending to sleep with the covers over us. the roommate walks in, turns on the TV, throws her stuff on her chair, and just starts talking to my g/f! She knew what we were doing too, because she said "Hiiiiiii....." in a long drawn out way when she walked in. She went into the bathroom, and me and my g/f got dressed. Her roommate has done this before, walking in on us and just hanging out even though she knew what we were doing. You'd think she'd get the hint and let us have some alone time, but she doesn't seem to have that common courtesy. I know it's her room too, but when the bed is a-rockin', don't come a-knockin'. This is like the 4th time this has happened. I'm getting sick of it. stupid roommates.

Ok, correction: age of consent is 16 in NJ...but the elder partner CANNOT be more than 4 years older. Tim well surpasses 4 years...in fact he surpasses 10 over you. yep- i have two roommates, the one this was originally about, and the other one is a lesbian. she has a girlfriend who is still in highschool, so she brings her up and has her stay over once in a while.

We figured this out 2 days ago ;)

This law recently changed, because back when I was 15/16 (1996? 97?) It was under 16 not at all, 16 under 4 yr age difference, and 18 free for all. I was 15/16 and my bf/fiance at the time was 17/18, hence my researching it :angel:
