It's time for the annual New Year's batch of chili. The last batch wasn't overly spicy so I decided to toss in some of the seeds from one of the hot peppers this time. :oops: This batch is smokin and it's just the first day. Chili usually gets hotter the longer it stews in the crock pot. Tomorrow it's gonna be interesting!
