Yeah I'm in the same boat, only it won't be my daily driver. I'd prefer a third gen Trans Am (since they're probably the cheapest) to work on for a while. I need to find that "Get this **** off my front lawn!" type of deal. Doesn't run but has most or all of its parts.

I saw one on the Philly paper in the "under 5K" section:
$2,500, Chev Camaro Z28 '86.T-tops, 5spd, 70k mi on v8 motor, p/w, p/b, p/sts. $2500. 856-478-4036
There are 11 in cars.com under $5k within 50 miles of 08012.

mine's a v8, what's your budget?
I may have an 87 or 88 GTA available soon, it would need paint soon, and someother stuff, i havent looked at it yet, probably a couple hundred bucks. If you are really serious about buying a car, i'll let you know if i get.

Couple hundred bucks would be perfect. Is this the stripped 88 you just got back from up north?
