worst week ever

so i start the week off by my slave cylider ding...not so bad i can live....BUT THEN! on the way to NYC my rear left caliper DISITIGRATES! at 75 mph on route 3. i had to drive home after leaving the city at 12:00 at 35 mph dragging what was left of my caliper. then i get pullled over like 3 blocks from my house for this exact reason( no ticket cop just made sure everything was ok). this car is going back to Chevy and gettin propbed in every orphus by the mechanics there and to have EVERYTHING changed or fixed to new. so needless to say i cnat make tomrrow nights meet.

awww that sucks. well there's nothing really going on on friday, but saturday we're doing chinese and sunday is chilis, so if you can make it out somehow that would be cool =)

Is it under a warrenty of some kind? If not, I wouldn't take it to a dealer unless you have a surplus of cash to spend on it.

Half of the people on this board can give any F-body a full inspection, and I bet at least 75% could install new calipers.
