1) new laptop. at least a pent 3 or amd 1.0ghz and greater. something so i can use hptuners with.
2) i'm looking for new rims. anything form aftermarket to stock chrome ta rims or something. i'm loking with tires pref so i dont need to go purchase new ones.
3) if anyones got any aftermarket 4th gen stuff, lemme know

yeah i kinda wrote these, well, blah. but i'm too tired to retype them atm.

um, i dont know. i dont want to spend too much because im really tight on money, but i might have stuff to trade. i need a LT that can at least handle winxp and is prety good and not old and stuff. i have anything compouer related and some car stuff i might be able to throw in to trade, mabey some $ but i dont know how mcuh lol.

Look around on eBay for a Toshiba Portege 7200 CTe....PIII 600, 64mb RAM, 12 GB hd. Grab a docking station for it (dvd drive, ethernet, floppy) You can usually find both for under $350.

yea i cant help yea there sorry, what i have is out of your budget, but ebay is the way to go if you on a tight budget, good luck
