i just thought i would introduce myself. my name is dan and i was a member on the other site. i am also a member on thirdgen.org and camaroz28.com. im 19 years old and im a painter at a body shop in wycoff. i live in franklin lakes. i have a 1984 camaro Z28 wich orginally had an L69 305 ho and i swaped that with a 406sbc. the car currently does not have a motor but you guys will have to wait to find out what im putting in it (little hint. over 500hp :D ). it has t-tops and a 5 speed manual trans. i just repainted the car sunset orange on thanksgiving weekend. check out the link and let me know what you think. im looking forward to hanging out with you guys at some meets and show this year.

Welcome aboard! I met you at a few carshows last year; I have the Monte SS with the TPI motor and 5-speed. The sunset orange looks absolutely killer, nice job on the color change!

Whats up Dan, dunno if you rember me, but its Alex, Colins friend. (saw the car pre 406) Your car is defenitly awsome, and theirs alot of people that can attest for that. I hope to see you at some meets with it.

thanks alot for all the complemets. i cant wait to hang out with you guys this summer at some meets. im cant wait to drive my car. i havent been able to drive it since last july

Nice work, I wish I had the time to do mine the "right way" when I repainted it. I was also considering that color for later down the road. Strip the whole car completely to metal and do it up with new primer and everything. Again, looks great..I'll look forward to seeing it on the road.
