i realllly wanna do something for my bday this weekend. ill finally be 17. :-D i take my driving test on monday. totallly cant wait!!!

Finally be 17? Isnt the word finally usually used when speaking of 18 and 21?

Finally seems to be used at 17 and 21, I don't particularly hear it much about 18.
